Rapha's entrepreneurial journey began at the age of 23 when he successfully revitalized his family's struggling business within two years. In 2018, he launched Jones, a firm specializing in best-in-class creator-led strategies for large brands. Two years later, in 2020, Rapha partnered with Ricardo Dias, former CMO of ABInBev, to co-found Adventures, a company dedicated to helping large creators build and scale their own DTC brands.
Brandlovrs was conceived as a spin-off from Adventures, with a clear focus on solving the complexities of managing creator media in a programmatic and scalable way. Identifying a significant inefficiency in how supply and demand were traditionally matched within the creator economy, Rapha and his team engineered a proprietary technology that optimizes this process, ensuring a seamless and efficient alignment between creators and brands. This innovation not only addresses existing challenges but also redefines the standard for creator media management.
