Juan Pablo Ramos

Juan Pablo Ramos is the co-founder of Prima, a B2B marketplace manufacturing platform that simplifies procurement needs for its clients. Through its partners, Prima serves various processes and materials, including material sourcing, metal and heavy fabrication, machining, and metal formation. Before founding Prima, Juan Pablo gained extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors. He began his career as a Business Development Manager at PepsiCo, where he worked for four years before pursuing an MBA at Stanford Graduate School of Business. From 2013 to 2016, he was a Manager at Bain & Company, working across Latin America and Africa. Following this experience, Juan entered the entrepreneurial ecosystem, applying his strategic thinking as Director of Regional Operations for UberEats Latam. He then served as Country Manager for AlphaCredit in Mexico from 2020 to 2021 and for Loft in 2020. Now with Prima, Juan Pablo is committed to building an integrated manufacturing and supply chain partner that improves reliability and efficiency by managing every step of the process, from design, engineering, and raw material procurement to factory floor operations, quality control, and delivery.
