Isadora Kimura is the co-founder and CEO of Nilo Saúde, a healthtech company specialized in software for relationship management and patient care. Nilo operates in the B2B sector, serving a diverse range of businesses, including operators, insurance companies, brokers, hospitals, and clinics. Isadora holds a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from ITA and dual master's degrees in Business and Education from Stanford University. Prior to founding Nilo, she accumulated 12 years of experience in startups such as Geekie, BetterUp, and Quizlet, where she focused on developing digital products. Motivated by a personal experience when a family member endured a prolonged and challenging health issue, she recognized the systemic flaws and decided to act on it. By integrating her expertise in engineering and technology, she founded Nilo to apply digital solutions that enhance patient care and ultimately create a more effective healthcare system.
