André Florence
André Florence is the co-founder and CEO of Alice, a primary care-driven health insurance for companies. Florence holds a degree in Economics from Insper and started his career in investment banking, later becoming CFO at 99, where he was responsible for overseeing its acquisition by the Chinese company Didi Chuxing. In 2019, alongside Matheus Moraes (formerly of 99) and Guilherme Azevedo (formerly of dr.consulta), he founded Alice, which has raised $175 million thus far.
